    What do I call it?

This may seem weird, but i am not sure what to call the mag i put together. I thought about "Steve" but i named the bbq grill that. But, seriously, there are so many different mag names and variations for 'mags and i don't want to get it wrong when someone asks what it is (i like correct terminology). I have settled on calling it a ULE Automag lately. But i know there is also a XM mag, but that is made/built by AGD. So i didn't know if this collection of parts made it something other than an automag.

    It is made of:
AGD ULE Body (don't remember which feed neck, it's the one sandman supplies).
    AGD X-Valve.
    AGD X-Frame and Trigger.
    AGD ULE Rail and VASA.
    Docs Vertical Grip.
    Inception ASA.

So, it's all AGD (within reason). What should i call this thing when someone asks what it is without reciting a book and watching their eyes glaze over, while also being the correct marker name?

This seems like such a funny reason to post. I have been debating on posting this question for a while and but finally decided i must know what the collective group thinks it should be called.

I’d call it an Automag. Anyone that cares beyond that will want all the details.

That's a very good point. Just keep it simple so if they look it up, they find the right stuff and can go from there.

I like it. I'd be one to ask for all the details.

You forgot to mention the grip panels (what are they?), hard lines (custom?), and barrel (do the lines really align with the barrel fully threaded in?).

Grip panels are Valkyrie Dynamics "The Hive" 1911 grips, hard lines are custom (thin wall stainless steel), yes the barrel grooving really aligns (bottomed out without an o-ring) by complete accident lol

If that exact Automag was in my collection of Automags, in order to easily describe that particular one I would call it the X-valved ULE.

If I had several Automags fitting that description, then it would be time for either some more descriptive details, or simply a silly nickname as has been mentioned in the thread.

I believe if memory serves me, that essential setup when Listed on the old AGD web site was called a AGD ULE CUSTOM.
AGD 68 Automag, AGD ULE 68 Automag, Azodin Kaos Pump II, PE EMEK pal, Tippmann SL68II gen2, Umarex TR50.

Thank you everyone. Those are a lot of good and funny names! I will discribe it as an Automag Custom initially , as that seems to get to the heart of the matter and there is some AGD history there as well, and then more detail of someone asks or inquires further. But i am partial to Arty Yule, Mr. X, Venom, and the Two finger Face Painter as close contenders and which may slip there way into conversation now and again.
