Hey guys bought a retro valve off eBay months ago and now with AGDs website back up I bought a rebuild kit. Before I rebuilt it I aired it up and it didn’t leak but it was weak and erratic in reguards to resetting. I bought the x valve level 10 rebuild kit due to it coming with the level 10 bolt. I rebuilt the whole valve and regulator and it’s doing the same thing. Of course I ran out of air right when I shot a video but it’s shows how weak and erratic the reset was. I could not find a diagram of the retro valve specifically, just the x valve and classic valve. One thing that is making me wonder, when you pull out the on/off there is a step in the bottom of the hole in the valve in which the on/off assembly sits, that’s not there in a classic valve. In both the x valve and classic diagram it shows 2 o rings ant the bottom on the hole, one nestled in side of each other. If I try to put both rings in like the diagrams say I can’t fully seat the on/off assembly but I can seat it with only the smaller ring installed and sitting in that step. Is the retro valve unique in reguards to these orings? Is it only supposed to have one? This is how it was assembled when I originally bought it, just the one smaller ring.
