    Flatline hose suggestion

Anyone running an AGD Flatline reg on their mag? From the limited pictures around the web I was just going to run macro straight from the reg to the valve with 90’s. After turning on the Flatline and shooting and then turning the Flatline off, one shot will mostly clear the line and the trigger won’t reset but there seems to be pressure still in the line but not enough to reset the trigger.

Do you just leave that pressure in the line or run something inline between the macro fittings to vent it? Just thinking if I need to get into the valve to replace an oring that pressure could be problematic?

I had a slidecheck between the Flatline and the Mag to vent the gas after turning the Flatline off...

Slide check is the move. Make sure you install it in the correct orientation.

Probably shouldnt be using macro line with a Flatline None of it or the fittings can handle what the Flatline and put out. Be careful.

I think either doc or punishers or palmers sells a 1/8th NPT vent button. Push button and it vents… Works like a slide check but takes up way less room (if you have a spare port somewhere).

Personally I just use the stainless QDs with braided stainless line - press in to relieve the stress and pop off the QD and the little bit of extra pressure vents with loud pop-hiss.

That being said, on a mag (especially with a flatline (doubly especially with an RT/X valve)) I wouldn’t run nylon macroline. Something like braided line or hardline will actually be rated for pressures. Nylon macroline works but there’s better options.

edit: it was palmers … but a bunch of places make/sell them. Just search “1/8 NPT bleed vent button”

I used this with a stainless qd. Built to the length I wanted and fittings shrink wrapped.

Thanks y’all. I ordered a slide check last night. I’ll have to check out the other venting option, thank you for that suggestion!

I run steel line on my other RT’s with my HP tank so not sure why I planned on running macro with this application. Probably because I have the macro parts on hand and already used my longer lines, but those Paragon lines look pretty good so I’ll have to order one of those too for the final assembly.

                  I appreciate everyone’s advice!

Good afternoon, everything came in and is functional (almost). I ran the intelliframe and warp on a classic mag previously with no issues. Missing shots now, especially when shooting fast. Pulled the grips and the switch arm for the warp is just barely touching the RT sear while the classic sear ran over the switch arm nicely.

In y’all’s opinion would the solution be a different warp switch with a shorter arm? Or a little shim under the arm to trip the switch/button more reliably? Or drilling 2 new holes in the intelliframe closer to the trigger to move the switch forward so it’s under the sear more?

                    Thanks again!

Disregard, made a little shim for under the switch arm and shifted the switch a little and we’re up and running again.
