Unfortunately the automated shipping response from AGD contains a email address that is setup incorrectly. So far contacting someone at the company has been not so easy.

His email response rate seems kind of sporadic. Having said that, I seemed to have lucked out when emailing him last. Had an issue with a couple missing piece in a new X-valve (bought a few months ago). He replied within four hours and next day aired the missing piece and an extra rebuild kit just to cover any bases. This interaction alone has made me a fan of his customer support.
