A Nifty Mag With Some Not So Nifty Problems

See title: or, "sure, I've rebuilt a mag before, I can fix yours no problem!". It belongs to a friend of mine, who probably had it modified at Carter Machine (He knew Earon for decades).
Upper Rail: Probably Carter Machine, onto which is mounted a Tippman A-5 front grip and pistol sights
Valve: ANS Phase II regulator, classic front and bolt. Power tube contains a spring instead of spacers.
    Body: Right feed
Lower Rail: Carter Machine? Looks like his design.
    Frame: Benchmark (I think)
Barrel: No idea! It's a twist lock.

Now, onto maintenance. What I've done so far:
-Replaced all o-rings, bumpers and seals (all with AGD supplied parts)
    -Oiled everything up
-Cleaned off old paint, grime, and o-ring goop
-Watched a video of Tom Kaye diagnosing mag problems. Awesome mustache.

Problems (all have occurred after rebuild/maintenance):
    1. Leaking from on/off valve while trigger is pulled in. This stopped after installing a different set of o-rings in the on/off valve.
    2. Air leaking down the barrel while trigger is out. This stopped after trying a different o-ring in the power tube.
    3. "Response trigger" behavior upon firing. Happened after trying the second set of o-rings.
    4. Bolt stick: after firing a few times, the bolt wont reset. Only resets after disassembly.

Have you set the velocity yet and is everything swinging in oil?

Velocity comes in about 220 fps with reballs on an 800 psi tank. I was adjusting it when it started to RT. And yes, lots of oil has been applied.

If the bolt is sticking and not resetting you need a longer Powertube spacer which you dont have. You have the old spring setup which is probably worn out and acting like a too short spacer. Let me know if you cant get it going. I'll fix it or send you what you need to fix it. and make sure the trigger rod is not hitting on the back of the trigger when gassed up.

Much appreciated: I looked at the brass spacers, and I have some brass bar stock and should be able to turn a couple and give them a shot. If that doesn't work I'll be in touch!
