Value on mag, ULE w/ nummech frame

Got a friend looking to sell his mag. It's a nice piece, and sounds like a good deal. I know only a modest amount about mags, but fell in love when he sent me the pictures.

Just wanted some pro's in the space to weigh in on value. I trust him, but I want to do my homework. Not like me to be an uneducated consumer. From my research, a similar build I found looked to have been listed at $2k, but a non- carbon variant was on reddit for $1k at start of year with a nice anno. My understanding is parts are more valuable then a complete build as well. He pegged parts value near $1800.

the thing with high end mags is your buyer pool is small, so they can sit a while (or get discounted, or parted which is common). My rule of thumb is you can expect 10-20% less built vs parted unless you're ready to wait. Teh good news is, Nummech

I'd put parts at ~1700-1800 and whole at $1400-1500 as a real, get-it-sold price. The nummech is the wildcard because nobody can say what the top of market is on those right now.

Well, went out to see it today. Ended up bringing it home. Needs a bit of tuning, it's shooting once on air up and I think the ULT is a bit stiffer then it should be. But, it's a piece of art and I got it with a 90cuin tank within the mid to low range of what was stated here. I am pleased, happy to have another thing to tinker on that is absolutly gorgeous.
