New to Automags and even newer to troubleshooting. Built up a ULE X Valved automag (ULE body/ rail and RT sear). Everything is new except for the trigger frame that came off the original Classic. I recently picked up a Luke's Customs On/Off and a couple extra pin lengths. Shipped with the .70 installed and have a .71 and .72. Marker is running at 1000psi.
.70: Gassed up, pulled the trigger, mini gun like burst until I let off the trigger and it wouldn't reset. Began leaking down the barrel.
.71: Gassed up, no barrel leak, would fire a few rounds and fail to reset fully.
.72: Gassed up, no leak, no reset issue but rapid fire has a dramatic "shoot down", losing velocity/distance/accuracy.
None of which occurs with the stock on/off assembly. The r/t effect is notably softer, lighter trigger pull and overall, feels as reviews say it should. My understanding is the Luke's Customs On/Off is generally compatible with most components except for some valves.
One thing I do notice is the Classic frame being polymer does have a section rear of the trigger where you can see the length of the sear between the frame and rail.
Is it possible trigger frame is "out of tolerance" given the rest of the setup?
Any input appreciated!
