My fuzzy memory seems to recall that selling as a kit here some time back for about 1/3 of that. Seems like I also recall that kit selling with the frame and other aspects to make it nearly complete?

I know on my completed Ehm I was above that. On the one that is not finished but body milled, with custom frame and all the parts i am likely at that price.
