Can the sidewinder regulate reliably in the 40-125psi range?

If not, are there any mods or options to respring for lower pressure ranges?

I don’t know much about Regs, but 40 psi is pretty low to try to get to off of a standard tank reg. I think 100ish to 125 is achievable in some regs with low pressure kits or setups.

My thought is to make a foregrip-style reg for a pneumag.

lots of Automag dudes take 850+ psi tank pressure down to the 50-80 psi range using WGP LPRs or microrocks or palmers stabilizers. I’m just wondering if the sidewinder can do it. It’s a quality reg - but moreover it has the right form factor I need.

For example, here’s a Palmer’s Fatty stealthily acting as an LPR for the hidden pneumatics:

You can always do the lpr this way. Seen a couple great looking sleeper classic pneumags done like this. They just wrap it up in foam. Only see the lpr hose in very closer look.

KnowNothingMag made a Troll LPR Foregrip a while back. Similar idea to what you're thinking.

He's not really in the game much anymore but his foregrips are still around some. I have one sitting on a prototype gun for fitment checking and LPR usage for a Pneumag drop in ready application.

Someone correct me if I am wrong in remembering this. But some I think took CP inline regulator and tapped the inside for the lpr hose. You would not see the hose running inside the rail into the regulator. Again could be thinking some different.

you can also go with Luke battery pack adapter. The adapter replaced the top of the battery pack, hides the hose going into the battery pack to the lpr also hiding inside. I have some of those.
