    Smart Parts Valve?

Can someone tell me if Smart Parts ever made a valve for Autocockers?

My local shop has a small box of AC parts hiding in the back, that I've dug through a couple times. Unfortunately, there isnt anything really unique or crazy, and the shop is still charging what the old price tags say (which I personally think are a little high).

I could have swore I saw a valve in a small clear clam-shell package, with a black card that said "Smart Parts" with the cross-hair logo.

However, when trying to find anything online about this, I'm coming up empty handed.

    Am I crazy?

Not sure they ever did one and even if they did I dont think I would trust smart part for making a good autococker valve

Plenty of better option are available if you are looking for one

If you can take a picture of the stuff in the box next time you go to the shop, that could be interesting to see

I know SP made a few cocker parts, I saw a bolt on eBay (might still be there) which I didn't know existed. So it's possible!

I bought that bolt, I think it was a mis-packaged Belsales bolt

Wasn't much, a few CP detents, a couple WGP hinge frames (wanted $100 each), a few Bob Long bolts (2K+), a couple ANS Jackhammer LPR's, a blue WGP Oracle LPR, 2 black pre-2k Kapp 15 degree ASA's, a chrome Kapp back-block, and some other small misc stuff. No 3-ways, no rams, no valves (other than the SP one I swear I saw).

      I see two possibilities:

#1 is that a cocker valve was stuffed into a box made for an Ion QEV or something along those lines. Meaning, it's not actually an SP valve, it's just in an SP box.
#2 SP was the US distributor for Belsales. I'm not sure if they repackaged Belsales stuff into SP boxes, but it is possible.

I guess those two possibilities are really the same thing, only difference is that one was done by the SP factory and the other wasn't. Regardless, I'm 99% sure SP never made a cocker valve. They never really made cocker parts in general, they mostly did automag stuff.
