Converting trillogy sport to hpa questions

Is this all i have to do to convert a trillogy sport to hpa?

Add regulator
Change valve to trillogy hpa valve

Do i need to adjust the lpr after changing to hpa?

You probably won't need to reset the LPR.

yeah you only need a reg if you're looking to convert to low pressure, which is a totally different thing.

Generally makes the whole system run smoother and quieter. Some slight decrease in wear and tear too.

I ran a Trilogy Sport on straight HPA for several years. No issues. Just toss the bottle on & go.

To run it at a lower pressure you'd have to add a reg & also respring it. The factory springs are stiffer so they can work with straight bottle pressure.

Will cause bad efficiency if you go lp. standard hpa output is pretty much same as co2 so just use a hpa tank at 850psi output. I run hpa on my cocker and even on my tigershark fine.

Low pressure *can* be less efficient, most of the time it's more efficient. It's also smoother, quieter, and gentler on paint. LP > HP every day of the week.
