05 black magic stuck in demo mode

I also referenced the manual you shared. It looks like you have to turn the eyes off, then quick press the power button to enter demo mode. So there is a chance the board is just jacked up and in demo mode I guess. In which case, I think its a replace situation.

If it is in demo mode, I'm not sure if a power cycle will kick it back out of demo or not, seems unlikely, The real problem is 1) demo mode is the only mode you get into without using a jumper and more importantly 2) the board tells you it is in demo mode by using the same 2 colors it uses to indicate everything else, red and yellow

Also, idk if anyone else noticed but it looks like his ram may be bent or the front block mount at least. This wouldn't explain the demo mode issue but seems this BM has seen since things in it's time

Aw hell, I didnt pay any attention to that. Yeah dude your ram is way skewed, and looks buried which you dont want to bury them. Im willing to bet the ram cant fully cycle the marker being that bent. The board is likely working as intended.

Well the problem through is demo mode will cycle the ram but not the clapper noid,
