Have issues with the eye not reading a paintball. I have taken off the grips and looked at it. tried switching the eye type back and forth in the settings. sometimes it reads fine. other times it doesn't. Should I just replace the eye?

tried different paintballs? sometimes color of ball will affect eye. check sensitivity? take the eye out of the body and clean the face?
or just turn it off haha. -
