Trilogy Sledge Adjuster Setting

How many turns in from flush is a good starting point for the adjuster on a Trilogy Sledgehammer? I know a standard 2k Sledge is 7-8 turns in from flush, but that clearly won't work, so I was wondering if there is a recommended starting point for the Trilogy.

It's been a few years but when I would do it for people I think I would turn it all the way in, then back it out about 2 turns.

I think I was doing 3.5 from flush, Magmoor's way may be the best though.
