Bent Pump Arm

Pretty sure the pump arm on this Trilogy I picked up has a bent arm. It does not sit anywhere near parallel to the body and puts some nasty torque on the back block. The ram rod looks fine and does not seem to have any resistance if I cycle it back n forth by manually moving the pump arm.

Any thoughts on how to remove the arm from the rod without mass destruction?

Heat and patience. Use pliers with smooth jaws or some plastic between your pliers and the rods. Bacci did a video on using zip ties and vice grips to remove the ram rod from the pump arm.
