Anyone have a picture of an AC with a Lapco barrel adapter + barrel on it? I have an A5 threaded stainless boomstick that I'd love to use, but not sure she'd look good with an adapter. My Googlefu is apparently not strong enough.

Poor idea....
A5 freak backs already have the insert a little forward of the breach so the bolt won't pull the insert out. Add the adapter and you are likely looking at 1.5" of large bore before your insert. That will lead to all sorts of barrel breaks. -
He's not using a Freak, though... just a Boomstick.Comment

Tippmann barrels (98 and A5) have a slight ramp up to the bore to prevent the bolt from wedging itself into the barrel. The ball will get more blow-by in that spot (if the barrel adapter itself isn't already a larger bore than the main barrel).
Generally I'm not a big fan of barrel adapters unless I'm getting a set of different bore sizes. Shooting from a larger back to a smaller front just doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

Not sure if you still want pics, but here are a couple of pics with my A5/PC barrels I use with my pro carbine, with an A5 to Cocker adapter. One is a J&J, the other a Lapco Bigshot Assault.
