With an MQ valve on this midblock I don't have a cocking rod/backblock to prevent the pump arm from traveling to far back. How can I keep the bolt from traveling to far back in the breach as it cycles? I don't plan on shooting for high bps, just 10.5 capped on a scifi.

That won't put to much stress on the shaft? -
warbosschoppa - it acts as an additional bumper, so no... the ram should be just fine.

I don't run anything different on mine and it does just fine.
If you have eyes they override the CON timing so the bolt closes before you really get rollback, you can adjust the eye delay to your liking
Without eyes you can play with the con timing if you really feel the need

Yep, that explains why at the end of the stack or if I'm testing without a load it might double feed. Alright cool thanksI don't run anything different on mine and it does just fine.
