    Dimensions for Mq2 karnivor spacer

I just picked up a MQ2 valve. I would like to know the dimensions on the spacer, so I can have one turned up out of aluminum. I have access to a lathe and prefer an aluminum piece to the 3D-printed ones that are available.

Also, whose the source for the 3d-printed MQ/2 valve cable router piece that sits where the clapper solenoid goes? It keeps the valve oriented so the cables don't get chopped off accidentally. I've seen pics of people having and discussing them, but I've never seen the source named. Thanks.

I don't have the spacer info, but i have the 3d clacker spacer. I'll put it in the package with the valve.

The spacers are just a cylinder. I have a 2k5 cocker with mq2. Someone remind me, are 2k5 and karnis the same lower tube dimensions?

The karnivor spacers have a step in them. The forward facing end is a smaller diameter of some length and the back shoulder is another length. Also, isn't there a hole in the cylinder?

Yes but that's just weight reduction as best I can figure.

I completely removed my spacer. Threaded the lower tube in further and ran the IVG up against the back of the mq2

I just bought sethzilla's mq valve and there seems to be some questions which version it is. As I understand it all mq components (solenoid housing, spacer, and even the 9/16" valve body outer step) are all 11/16" in diameter. The correct me if I'm wrong, but the difference between an "11/16" MQ" and a " 9/16" MQ" is only the front portion of the brass valve. In the case of the 11/16" version the entire length of the bras valve is 11/16". In the case of the 9/16" version the brass valve as a step/shoulder in it that necks down to 9/16", but even its shoulder is 11/16" in diameter. Is this a correct assessment?

Id also like some info on the clapper spacer. I just picked up a MQ2 and wouldnt mind not shearing off the cables. Anyone have info on those? Messaging Sethzilla aswell.

It's not like I've owned tons of mq2s but that all sounds right

Pant lebal 3D prints them. They're cheap. You can get hold of him on Facebook. Somebody else was looking for these today- was it you?- and he noted that he recently lost his computer with these files in the 3D printer in a flood. It's going to be a while. The spacer isn't that great honestly. It doesn't make sense. The channels in it don't flow to the right spots. I couldn't figure out the intent of it. I'm suing it in my mq2 karnivor, but it isn't perfect. Not having anything there would be just as good. Get some Brett garrington ODM grips that removes that top forward screw hole. It seems up the grip frame from paint getting in that empty screw hole. Then let the wires hang free in the empty clapper noid void. That's better anyway.

                    thanks for the recommendation

To the OP, I do actually also make the grips so they have no rear clapper pocket and screw as Schroeder as suggested which are better suited for the Mq2
