    2k2 Freeflow Boxxer back block

2k2 Freeflow Boxxer back block - I guess you could call them arrow blocks and not p-blocks.

Does anyone have one of these for sale?
The design of them was so bad, there are so few threads to deal with the cycling action - it becomes very wobbly over time. :/
The back portion was so thin, only 1/4 inch of threads providing lateral support.

And then I remembered that I have a 3d printer. HA!!!
Now I just have to find the right material to deal with cycling stress.

Nevermind that I actually have to make the thing in some cad program. :/

You can get fusion 360 for " free" . you download it. Then you can register as a hobbyists for a year free. You can keep renewing from what I gather.

I don't think any FDM print will hold up to being used as a back.block.

I have made some parts out of PETG and they are VERY strong. PLA would be pretty weak in comparison.
I guess I can just make one and see how it works out!

I may actually print out a 2k back block with filled p-block sections to make it fit the body, and then use a regular 2k instead of EVO length bolt. That will definitely help with part strength. The space between the arrow section of the p-block and the bolt retainer holes is very small, 1 - 1.25 mm. That section would not survive in any printed plastic.

Layer adhesion in PETG is really good however, considering that it prints at 230-250 degrees Celcius (!!!).
