WTB a 3 way for this pro stock I’m attempting to restore. It’s the second one I’ve sheared off a barb into. First was my Orracle. it’s a tradition at this point. Unless someone knows of a good way to get it out. Thanks in advance

Left hand drill bits are best. Thin out the broken material as much as possible without hitting the parent material threads. It may spin out on its own. Otherwise, spin out (or bend/break out) remaining broken material with a pick.
Extractors (Easy Outs) may work in softer materials.
I’ve also had luck with OD c-clip/retaining ring pliers. Gets the points in the hole, squeeze like mad, and rotate out.

When I broke a brass barb, I used torx bits to remove it. I simply hammered the largest one that could fit into the brass, and hoped to get enough grip to unscrew it.
The first bit I tried didn't get enough grip, and just removed some of the brass. However, that meant that I could go up one size with the torx bits, and the next one got enough grip so that I could simply unscrew the remaining part of the barb.
