LPR identification and question

I admit, I did zero research here but I'm gonna be lazy and just ask...

I have this LPR, not sure where I got it from but I have a project I need one for. Is this a stock WGP? More importantly, is it adjustable? I jammed a couple allen wrenches in the input side but none seemed to connect 😂
