Ram Shaft Size - Brass OG vs Empire

I've got a project cocker and I'm hoping to salvage the original brass ram that is on it (pre 2k rt feed). The ram will need a rebuild, and unfortunately the previous owner managed to bend the ram shaft at the threaded portion that goes to the cocking rod. I see that ACparts has most of the components except for the ram shaft. They do however have the Empire ram shafts. Are the two shafts compatible or would I need to find an OG brass ram shaft? Thanks!

i dont think they are the same diameter. you need to measure. i think the empire/pe shafts are bigger. your best bet is an sto/wgp ram shaft
