3 Way ID?

[Toestr]

Does anyone know what 3 way this is? I did a reverse image search and there was a similar one that popped up on eBay avertised as a 'CCM Belsales Shocktech'. So not very helpful.

I have no clue what 3 way it is but the way the center barb is offset is pretty cool

Looks belsales to me though maybe earlier belsales

Dan has a staggered 3 way on his website and he says it is ACI.
