    Autococker ID and rebuild options

Need help ID'ing this autococker and would like some advice on rebuild options. Was working ok last I had it out (been a while, had to have heart surgery earlier this year), but considering just rebuilding it but not sure if it's worth doing or how much I should replace.

Stock 03 with gloss blue Anno, swing frame and a cp reg.

    Basic but more than usable.

Yeah I agree, there's nothing wrong with it, if you feel comfortable doing the work rebuild it

If it has never been rebuilt, it is a good idea to replace all the orings just due to age. It is a 2k2 after all. Those orings and seals are 23 years old.

But if it is working, then it will keep working until a ring breaks and you start leaking. Really there is nothing that would be permanently damaged if that happens, so put it in action.

If you need advice about rebuilding specific parts then ask away, but really none of it is difficult per se. Just time consuming. I do lots of rebuilds and tunes for people, not because it is really hard, just because they don't want to spend the time on it.

If you mean the hoses, then its a good idea to replace those too as they get brittle over time.
If yours feel soft and flexible then you are good to go.

I am assuming that you don't have a universal oring kit with the right sizes then.
I can put a kit together for you, or just a list of the needed rings if you prefer.

Or order a kit like this:

Not that I have specifically used this one, but it has the right stuff.
      Working...
