    Dads ol autococker

I was on a mission to restore my dads bushmaster/ but solenoid and electronics issues set me back- I just rebuilt a macdev regulator for it and then I realize I could use it on my dads old autococker. Here it is- with most of his parts on it- I just added the barrel, tank, reg and ASA.
i'm wondering what parts could I get for this thing to make it competitive with modern guns-ish. Are the grips or trigger component that would make this thing short stroke proof? I'm a noob on cockers- I rebuild all of the pneumatics - this thing doesn't leak and it shoots - tonight I intent to try timing it.

The only thing that makes autocockers short stroke proof is an eblade. Outside of that if you play with one long enough it’s really a non issue.

Definitely recommend a rebuild prior to that.

Autococker need some practice to avoid short stroke. But the build you have is already really good, with a lot of upgrade already done. If you really want a crazy fast gun you will need an eblade kit.

But with some practice you should be able to shoot like this
