    Rebuilding an Orracle oracle 3.way.

I used both spellings to make it easier to search

I've got an oracle 3 way that leaks badly. I know I can take it apart to get to the o rings on the adjustment spool, but I don't know how to get it apart.

Do I just screw it all the way out until it gets stiff, the go further? Do I need to take it off the marker and remove the shaft?

You can leave the three way attached to the front block. Just unscrew the spool fully from the body of the three way.

Then undo the set screw holding the shaft in place and drop it out the front as well.

Autocockerparts.com has oring kits. Takes some patience to get the orings on the spool and be careful not to bend the shaft.

I would recommend going with the oring store personally.
      shaft is a buna 003 - 70.
      3 way spool oring is either a buna 008 or a 009 - 70

Also before you get started it's worth popping the hose off the front of the ram and make sure it's a 3 way leak and not a ram leak. If the sail ring in the ram goes bad it will be bypassed and the air will go through the front hose and vent out through the 3 way

If there's air coming through that hose you have a ram problem not a 3 way problem
