So I got these blems/rejects imma make work and run in the future. I told myself I’m only permitted to do the work myself and use parts I already have. Only exception is sending the one that’s safe to anno out unless I build a garage setup. Other is getting Cerakoted due to the super thin spots and repairs that need to be made. Random project I figured I’d post here! Any comments and suggestions be welcomed!

So here is the first body that arrived that was the worst of the bunch. Just a heads up, I know what these were and purchased them not expecting anything special and they were advertised that way. The clamshell is the first I received and I won’t lie, I thought it was legit valve to bolt passage wise. Annoed body that was milled so I didn’t see the hole through that passage 🫠. Aluminum isn’t easily welded from past experience with a bike frame. My guy was able to do it but he also worked for a specialty shop refurbing ww2 vehicles and stuff. Was going to sleeve it and JB weld but I learned you can braze it…..I have the supplies and just waiting for free time to “attempt” it. Sleeve getting brazed in place. Also this is the one that some walls are too thin so it’s getting cerakoted

Been a minute but the clamshell has been repaired but via JB weld and aluminum tubing within. Been Cerakoted due to very thin cuts and all rawness on the outside so the inside is still protected. It’s also been Minied to build a tribute to the 97 Boston Paintball Ad. Mocked up mini with its other guy closer to final part selection

It’s done! My rendition of the Mini Twister in the 1997 Boston Paintball Supplies Ad. Have a similar style J&J in the mail but I think I sorta like the ATTKTXs Barrel🥹
