Yep, that’s why I said socket cap instead of a star. Hate those things.

How about all the dimensions on a basic 2k cocker body? I think I’ve seen a CAD file. Can anyone share?

Okay, it may be "dumb" because everyone seems to know this but me, but it's something I run into all the time and can't ever seem to find or remember reliably:

Grip screws: 8-32 x 3/8" [button head common, flat head semi-common]

Also, here's some measurements for grip frame screws:
WGP 1.5 finger hinge frame (off my trilly):
Front: 1 1/8", 7/8" of it is unthreaded
              Back: 1/2"

WGP 2 finger hinge frame (off my 2k5 prostock): Same as 1.5 finger hinge

The 1/2" length will work well for the majority of sliders, depending on if they're countersunk for flat caps or not.

XEMON, I updated this post with correct info for WGP grip frames. I initially had the wrong grip screw size.

True, but all of my WGP mech frames are 8-32.

The 12 point socket is 1/4

Ball-nose spring plunger (WGP, AKA, and many others) 1/2-13

.45 slide frames glide screw & trigger stop threads:
              Benchmark: 10-32 front, 8-32 rear
              PTP: 10-32 front, 8-32 rear
              KAPP groovy: 10-32 front, 8-32 rear, pre-travel stop 8-32
ANS Quickfire: 8-32 pre-travel stop (few QF frames have this stop)
BPS Supercell: 10-32 front, 10-32 rear

Autococker Parts Lite (ACP): 10-32 front, 10-32 rear
              Taso: 10-32 front
Freeflow (new): 8-32 front*, 8-32 rear, 8-32 pre-travel stop, sear-stop 10-32 (might be 8-32) *Some FF slide frames were milled out of spec, front glide screw covered with Delin to fix this, rear glide might not have been included either. The holes are drilled/tapped though.

              Missing info for:
              Meteor (metric)
              Shocktech 98+
              Shocktech 09 SFL
              Shocktech BBT
              P&P

.45 slide frames glide screw & trigger stop lengths:
Most glide screws are 1/4in & 3/8in length, length does not include brass or nylon tips (so screws will be slightly longer)
Pre-travel stop screws: 3/16 (1/4 can work for very short trigger pull)
Sear-stop screws must be threaded for at least 1.5in in order to work
