    Leaking eblade solenoid.

Hey y’all. I just put a eblade back on my nightkast to get that ole girl back out to the field. The marker was fine in mech state.. and now that I put the eblade on the solenoid is leaking from what seems to be the gasket area in between the solenoid and the housing. I went through the usual suspects for this problem.. rebuilt lpr - it’s good, new orings on ram. Seems good. Checked manifold gasket. It seems totally fine. Still leaking.. so I went as far as to install a completely different noid and housing I have in the parts bin thinking that would solve the issue. Negative… the other noid leaks all the same. What am I missing here..

I have a similar leak from these style of air fittings. Swapped them for the straight barbs and solved the leak. I have looked but have not found just a replacement seal for these swivel style.

Aliexpress has replacement ones. I hate to say it is probably cheaper and easier to replace them

My leak is from the gasket between the solenoid and the housing. Not the hose barb.

Try dropping your LPR pressure to zero and coming back up slowly.

I had a similar issue and dropping the lpr pressure fixed it

I have done that multiple times without any luck.
