Inception Design Trident Bolt Groove and O-Ring Size

Hi,

My old works cockers have somewhat worn out bolts, where the body housing is 0.693, and the bolts are 0.685 for one bolt and 0.683 for the other. So I've had the bolts sitting in 10% strength vinegar for a few years hoping they could swell which has not worked, maybe 0.001".

My next move would be to turn groove in with a lathe. Any ideas on oring groove sizes and o rings are. I have the Empire Sniper mini bolt I could take measurements from but thought the Inception bolt could be better.

I live in canada so to get a bolt, it's like 100 + ship each.

Both inception and empire bolts were designed by simon. So it wouldn't surprise me if they were the same. He actually ships the inception bolts with different oring sizes for different fits.
I want to say i recall .560" for the oring groove OD, but I would turn a scrap piece before your old bolt. Recalling from memory, not actually measured.
