    Timing rod length

Having on ongoing issue of making my cocker up and running, using all inception pneumatics.
I don't like them because I remember 20 years ago having no issue setting up wgp or ans.
anyway, how do I know what length timing rod I need? I suspect what I have is too short and may need the longer 3.5" one.
here's a photo. Issue is I can't get the 3 way to not leak (new orings) and cannot get it to cycle.
do i have the hoses right?

I have had some issues with inception lpr over pressuring and blowing the 3way orings. Pull the lpr adjuster knob and spring out, air it up and see if it happens still

Looks like it’s adjusted long. Try flush on the 3 way this should get you close.

If I do that it pulls the trigger. I've got the 3.5 inch rod coming. Also I found an oring inside the lpr to be torn
