    Azodin to Autococker conversion

I started this in college 3 years ago and I finished this shortly after my hammer7 build. Not really sure if it can be considered a cocker since it lacks a traditional 3-way. Instead it uses a smav-3 to fuel a mav-4.
I did ahow this off a little at walzmas a couple years ago but i changed it a little.

Like my other build this is a prototype and i plan to revisit this soon. Eventually making a kit for both the kp3 and kpc.
Ill link a shooting vid after nxl mid Atlantic.

Forget NXL! I took a video of it shooting and you can watch it here:

    The good:
It fits well enough into the frame and inly needed a 3d printed grip for the wires.

It doesn't fart... most of the time. It only farts when it is short stroked

    Reversible.

Turbo loader is pneumatically driven which is cool.

Looks promising to fit into both the kaos and the blitz

      The bad:
Again I suck at 3d printing so the grip isn't as strong as i want it to be and the mount for the smav could be better too

Space. Cramming all of that into the frame is only really possible because of how roomy it is. This current setup won't work in a single trigger frame. I think i know how im going to make a single trigger version.

Cocking rod is metric one side and imperial on the other. Ewwy

needs a custom front block i think. Currently i have a chopped up ans front block on there and still im getting some rub on the barrel.not sure if it is because azodins upper and lower tube are positioned different from a cockers .I intend on machining a custom block and

Turboloader: doesn't feed as nice as i thought it would.

NEW: I made the cocking arm out of raw aluminum and then it failed on me.I'll make it out of stainless next time.

I was seriously excited to see a turbo loader being used! I troll the app website a lot, and I keep kicking the idea of using a turbo loader on some tippmann build I haven't considered yet. This thread makes me think it's not the best loader to use.

That being said, what's your valve pressure at?

All in all, aersome build. Hoping to see a shooting video once you get it finished.

          Edit:
And for your grips. Print one out of TPU. The stuff is rubbery, but with how it likes to flex it seems to hold up much better to tensile pressures as it just flexes vs breaks.

Send me your grip file, and I will happily try to fire a pair off. No promises though, I also suck at printing.

BrickHaus thanks for the kind words and suggestions. I'll give tpu a shot.

Im not sure what my output pressure is on the lpr but I'm sure i could increase pressure a little and lube the turbos piston.

I meant to your valve. I figured the turbo loader was connected to valve exhaust. But you have it tied to lpr air?

My bad i read that wrong. Iirc the reg is set to ~600 psi. The turbo is actually hooked to the ram . The Azodins don't have a way to use exhaust like Tippmanns without drilling.
