Does anyone happen to have Vice with the upgraded trigger and have the measurements of the spacer or better yet the McMaster Car item part sku if they have picked up one there before?

Hopefully you got the info you need, but if you didn't I tossed mine in a micrometer and:
OD: 4.820mm
id: 3mm (this was from the trigger pin, I had to make the hole for it on the trigger I 3d printed like 3.15mm or something like that)
width: 2.5mm
If you happen to find a part that works would mind posting it here?
