Wow. I had never even heard of that.
Must have been one of their more popular markers

Well, Brass Eagle and JT were in bed together. I guess one company now owns JT, Tippmann, G.I. Sportz, Empire, Spyder, and V-force; the KORE Family of Outdoor Brands. That means they own whatever remains of Brass Eagle. I think they also own the rites to the old NSG stuff since JT has somethign called a Splatmaster, and their ER4 has the internals from a Splatmaster Rapide.
At the end, Brass Eagle was making true garbage like the Saber Twin Turbo... It seems like once they made the Stingray and made some money from it, they figured that making the cheapest marker possible and selling it to kids at "The Wal-Marts" was a good business plan. So they just spiraled into making cheaper and cheaper markers until the stuff they were selling was so dreadful that they probably drove people away from their own brand. You can't stay in business with first-time customers; you stay in business with repeat customers. The people running B.E. did not seem to grasp that.
Incidentally, that B.E. T-Storm sold for $2.50 (with the case) at an auction site.Last edited by Ironnerd; 05-05-2021, 05:11 AM.Ironnerd's Feedback
