This one is an odd duck with a black expansion chamber. And it also looks like it's color scheme it the newer black-on-red instead of red-on-black despite being a wire detent. Transition model?

Another xtreme with a ltd 2000 expansion chamber! Can anyone explain this for me? Like did some aftermarket place or BE themselves release the xtreme like this?

I don't think so. But check out the manual that comes with it - this is now the manual with double trigger Raptors. I'm actually very inclined to think that this is a transitional model between the wire detent and rubber nub detent.

I picked up an Xtreme a few months ago with a black expansion chamber. I am considering picking up this one on eBay as well since it comes with the box and all.

These are the best I have at the moment. Took these the day it showed up, I’ve cleaned it up and added a couple things to it.

Very interesting. Your ano is the new pattern, the one on EBay has the old pattern on the barrel.

Does your have a serial number on it?

No, the sticker with the serial # had already been removed. Wish they had kept punching the #s into the body like on the green Raptors.

Just got back from out of town and had the Raptor waiting for me. Here are some pictures comparing it to the one I already had. The new one looks brand new or close to it.

Anyone have a original raptor xtreme anno to compare to the newer one?

This one has the factory cut trigger frame and is serial #6418. I don’t know the serial #s from the other 2 as the stickers were removed. I honestly don’t know where that falls on the timeline for Xtremes, but I think it’s an earlier model. It has a gen1 bolt with the gen2 hammer and connecting pin.

Yeah, it’s got a really nice anno that seems to be a mix between the other 2. I really like the cut grip frame as well. It’ll probably find it’s way onto other guns that I am using more often.
