I think you need to switch your 3way hoses... the ram should be extended with the trigger in the "at rest" position, and retract to fire.

Looks like the HPR setup should be good.

Ah - I think you might be right. I might need to swap the hoses.
Right now all i'm missing to actually get it to shoot is a fitting on the LPR that is the correct threat. The one i've got won't thread in. Then testing time!

That LPR should be 10-32 threaded. Sometimes the threads get gummed up with thread sealant from previous barb installs - be careful when you install a barb, there's only a few threads to work with and they can get stripped.

This thing is currently about 3 pounds, almost all of which is above the barrel...
