See the topic name. I got a bunch of Raptors now, but need spare parts to rebuild them.

Best places to find Raptor linkage pins or rebuild kits?

I’ve had luck in the past making them out of some steel rod stock or even a threaded bolt/machine screw with the right diameter. It’s been awhile, but I think I cut the rod/threaded part of a bolt to length and then Dremeled a flat area for the cocking knob to bite down on. A little crude and unless you drill and tap the top for the spring guide (that doubles as a link pin puller tool) you will have to carefully line up the link pin with the removal hole and give it a shake to knock it out for disassembly, sure beats having it snap off at some point like a factory one though

At a risk, of triggering people. I must say, I've never dealt with them(Dirtyworks/Oregon paintball) personally. But, I know some people have had good success, with finding needed BE parts. As a last resort, this might be an option, for some of your brass eagle convocation. 🤷♂️

Similiar to Morgenstern 's idea is to use an allen key cut to length and then knotch one of the flats to allow the cocking handle to cinch against it. i believe the size of allen key your looking for is 7/32 or appropriate size for hole. You also may find that parts from a F1,F4 are interchangle i.e.(bolt,hammer/striker valve body), unfortunately the front and back caps are not,2 different threads.
o-rings can be referenced from an F1 Illustrator in Vintagerex.com
Hope this helps.

I also have a boatload of Raptors. I have also used a steel rod cut to length and used a Dremel to notch it. That is one way to make a very strong and relatively cheap connecting rod since a length of steel rod from Lowe’s or Home Depot is pretty cheap. Making a connecting rod like this allows you to continue using the old style internals that used the thinner connecting rod since a solid steel one is much stronger than the stock ones.
Don’t forget to put a piece of rubber tube over the mainspring as a bumper since the Raptor didn’t come with one in the lower tube. That helps prevent the double feeds and takes stress off the connecting rod.
But the best way I found to get spare parts is just to buy old junker Raptors and toss the bodies and keep all the parts. It’s pretty easy to find $10 Raptors here and there and over time you will eventually build up a pretty large spare parts bin for way cheaper than buying individual spares. Yeah, some of the parts will be worn, but most of the time you will get a handful of good parts in each one and every now and again you get a surprise with an aftermarket part.
Also if looking for new main springs, you can use the ones made for a Tiberius/First Strike T15.
Orings are easy. 013 in the lower tube, 016 in the upper tube. Just go to McMaster or wherever and buy a bag of 70d and 90d 013 orings and a bag of 70d 016 and you will have all the orings you need.WTB Micromag Foregrip, ICD Sight Rail, Purple VL2000

One other thing, a Brass Eagle Samurai used the same double trigger, trigger spring and sear as a Raptor.WTB Micromag Foregrip, ICD Sight Rail, Purple VL2000
