Never heard of, nor seen any colored talons before besides clear and smoke. Looks cool though. .

The colors were the same as stingray ice, but i dont know that they released them all in time.

Can you believe there is a second Blue Talon on Ebay. Never saw one before, now 2 in a month! The current one is part of a lot that is waaaayyy overpriced. Sorry, there is no link included because I'm a tech Neanderthal.

Not sure. If it was you would have seen/heard of them before now. Even in parts they would have surfaced. Most likely a regional limited release. The two I have seen have been listed by people who know little about paintball. The current one is part of a 3-marker lot with 2 VL markers. There is no indication that the Blue Talon is unusual. Most likely pickers.

The thing is, I just don't remember it from 25 years ago. I remember the clear and ghost talons. Stingrays came in all kinds of funny colors, Tigersharks too, although the BE website only has a few colors listed. But I do know that Walmart wanted their own branded stuff in blue, hence the blue Raptor. They sold talons, tigersharks and stingrays too in clamshells, so it would make sense if there was a blue talon release as well.

The strange thing is that the Clear and Smoke Talons are everywhere. I suspect they were left in closets or on shelves because people found out the plastic was not really suitable for regular play. The Clear Tiger Shark was a similar gimmick. However, beside the original Black, I have not heard of any other colors. The Stingrays in various colors must have been the starting point of the "Ice" colors. Regardless, I will continue to search for and collect the obscure markers whenever I find them.
