Got some "good" news!

Got the tooling today, had to mod the end mill to fit, but I'm not sure how long it will hold ... But it will work for now 😅

PS: those still need a lot of cleanup, they are fresh off the lathe ...

Thanks, those are all the cf tubes I had left, the tooling held up all 3 without needing re-set, so that's a win!
I should have a re-supply of tube by Friday (all gloss).
Now I need to check I have enough springs for all of them ...

The carbon fiber is such a great choice you made. They really look slick. Can’t wait to get my hands on a setup

Gloss finish on the CF tubing, if I need mat finish I can just lightly sand it with steel wool or scotch brite but much harder to take take mat and get a gloss finish as good as the tubes come.

thanks for your help and input, its sloooooolyyyyyy coming together ....
Its so hot here in Cali that the printer is having a hard time keeping up (i dont have AC at home and its all closed up due to the smoke ...)

Thanks for the interest, I don't keep a list going or anything, but I post on this thread the link to the sale the read as they're ready.
I've had a family situation that kept going and pulled me away from just about everything ... So I'm running way (way) behind my original plans.
I have about 10 of them only needing some final touches before being ready, keep an eye out in the next week weeks.

Finally made all the tooling and got about half a dozen wire sizes ... Hopefully I finally found the good one to make the perfect feed spring ...
