Historical Phantom list?

I am not sure there is a website anywhere, but it would be nice to have a list of historical phantom info. For instance the types with a little info on each, a list of all the factory anodizing for collection purposes, and maybe some info on unique one of a kinds.

I bring it up because I have a factory black and gold leaf pattern phantom. I was told it was a limited run and it would be interesting to know how many were made and if there are any other pieces that could match the anodizing. I don't think a stock was made or sight ring. Has there been a black yellow acid wash?

I only recently saw there was a blue red acid wash which something else I would be very interested in. If there is a place with all that info collected it would be very handy.

IIRC and I am correct about what I think you are looking for
single color and/or acid washes - all were available at the time of order and done to order. A "rare" acid wash really means nothing to me when it comes to a phantom. Sure, a pink and brown acid wash might be super rare, but that is because nobody ever ordered one. Yes, there are black and yellow acid washed phantoms out there.

There were some other camo patterns available from cci that were a bit more limited to my understanding though they were available when I ordered mine 16-17 years ago.

anything else would be pretty limited, though I'm sure you could have gotten a fade if you would have talked to mike a few years ago and maybe even now, I don't know.

I know I have some of the last red/black acid wash parts ever made. I know one member has the last custom color phantom made. Other then that you also have all the custom mods kicking around out there that might make a list an impossibility.

I recall a floral splash pattern as well.
+a few other splash patterns

Acid washes should be more common just limited in the weird color combinations

There is no historical list for Phantoms that I have ever seen. When I was an "Authorized Factory Dealer" for CCI, I would ask Mike all the time about production dates, limited ano runs, serial numbers, etc., and his answer was always the same... "I don't remember". He would recall ballpark dates, and if asked about a certain time frame would say "That sounds about right". I think he could also look up serial numbers with corresponding manufacture dates, but other than that, he seemed to have no interest in maintaining any type of database in regard to gun and parts production runs.

Btw, the black/yellow acid ano was not rare at all. That was a standard factory ano that was always in stock at that time. The floral ano patterns were a different story. I know those were done in very limited batches (possibly a one time batch). I had a green/black "pot leaf" floral-type ano VSC which another member here now owns and plays with all the time. I know that was a limited run.

Yea that's me Slim I wanted to see if I could find a stock that kinda matches black/yellow acid *shrug* but if I can't that's fine.

I guess the lack of a list makes it fun to discover new ones.
