Does anyone know if this will fit on a .45 grip? I bought one recently from Mastersconi.com and the screw holes did not align.

This will fit most 45 adapter blocks including CCI's (Unfortunately LAPCO has it out of stock)

OK cool, I found some online stores that still carry the Lapco, so I'll just pick one of those up. Appreciate it.

A newer ASA will have .75" hole spacing, an older one may have a 1.25" spacing. CCI always used .75" on their .45 grip blocks. If the grip block is from another manufacturer, it may have the old 1.25" spacing.

Yup, LAPCO used to make a duckbill with three holes just because of this. Fun Fact old LAPCO pumps used the 1.25" spacing on their Wintec frames.

I always keep one or two of the old Lapco duckbills in the parts bin, just in case I need them.
