Hmm interesting. That reminds me of some the F4 illustrator graffiti series. Is it just me or does that look like a matte, satin or dust finish? Im a bit more of a fan of gloss myself, but I'm digging the new style.
I should buy that thing since right feed / vertical air is my favorite configuration anyway... I just can't bring myself to drop $550. Don't get me wrong, it's totally worth that, more or less... I just don't want to pay

What if...and hear me out here....the Phantom Online folks just stocked complete guns in a variety of configurations in like black and maybe silver at reasonable prices instead of making one-off guns in configurations nobody wants in annos nobody asked for? Just throwing it out there.
Or maybe just bring back the rear drop out valve bodies and sell them for $50 each and profit.
Other than what you see on the outside, it's just the anno. There have been three so far in different patterns and configurations.
I do like these guns, in fact I love the idea; I also have to wonder when plain old black is gonna be available in quantity again, and whether these guns are supporting or hindering that return...
I'm sure Covid didn't help

I can definitely see a market for the wild custom guns especially if they are providing a couple different bodies, ASA configs, and stock with it so you are buying a modular setup with cool anno for north of 500 or 600 bucks which would be some competition for the CCM pumps.
On the other hand I don't see why they don't have at least a VSC, vert or rf OC gun, and maybe a rear drop out stock class gun in black and/or silver in stock at all times for around $350 each. I feel like that's some pretty low hanging fruit.
Nah, I shouldn't joke. Probably he is dealing with all the challenges of taking over a new manufacturing business. It's not cheap to buy one, and then you gotta pay major outlays to build inventory. CCI didn't machine anything themselves AFAIK
Of course, if you can't get inventory flowing, you can't make a profit. I wish Extreme Velocity the very best. EVERYONE wants to see them succeed.

I don't care much, if any, for the high priced anno series being offered. I noticed that the OC clamping feedneck is back in stock. Most of the pieces are there to build the standard RF/SC/OC phantoms. All that's really missing is the dropout and BBA valve bodies. They even have brass hardline kits. I don't seem to be having the struggle, that most people are seeming to have.... 🤔
