Originally posted by PriceThis pump and dump marketing isint for me personally. Just want item on the site restocked and reply to emails tryed to get one of those Rf feedneck for months but theres no signal
how is this pump and dump marketing. Any company out there small or big, dont matter if its paintball, grocery store, home depot or walmart. If they have inventory on the shelf it is costing them money.
Yeah bigger companies can absorb that for a while. Or even get deals to discount them or scrap them. But all of them would be happy to see it all go out the door and have next stock coming in. And bigger companies make their big profit on the little restock parts you want. Why because they order tons, buy cheap and huge mark up to you.
Lots of machine shops cannot do this. Most likely are making just enough to keep going, not getting rich. Making sure that the items or sold or sell right after they are completed is the way to keep cost down. Stocking items on the shelf means they cannot buy new materials or they buy less. Buy less higher cost of the next items. And that might not sell or be enough to fire up the machines again.
And dont forget the countless hours these guys spend drawing up and checking their work.
If you want stock items, really two options. 1. you should be going with markers that are mass produced and tons of after market parts for them. 2. Pre-order and prepay the parts you want from the machine shop, (likely 100-200 pieces each). And then sit and wait on those parts for customers.
Paintball machinest, like MCB is a niche market, they are not looking to mass produce. They know they have a limited audience that want and willing to buy their items.

Is there any ETA on this. And possible ball park cost. Like to know how much time I have to save up.
Also can we verify what parts come with the kit, barrel, pump handle, breach/top and feed tube? You just swap out the parts on your existing phantom right.
