    Hardline grommets

Anyone know or have a link to the grommets used for the hardline fittings? Im not a fan of the orings EV uses. Mine just always end up being finnicky. I like the old ones better. Maybe order a harder material oring? Any inputs or ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

I've never had an issue with the 104 O-rings myself. I don't have a link, but I do have two I pulled off a Phantom and replaced for O-Rings. I think I may see you at that pump game coming up, I'll give them to you then. If not, I'll send them to you.

Edit, thinking more about it I can start checking hardlines I may have a whole lot more I can give you.

I hate those new EV ones as well. Why do they keep cutting corners. The brass hardline was a cool addition but the new oring seals are finicky for no reason. The old Seals are way better I agree.

I was unaware EV had managed to screw up yet another thing that had been perfected for ages. I won’t ask how much the price of seals went up when they became defective.

Doing something for work today, I noticed McMaster has "vibration resistant compression fittings" with a rubber grommet.

Check PN 50385K87 for $2.71. Report back on the manufacturer PN if you find it works!

Ordered them and the ID is tad too small. Will try to find some that are larger or bore these ones out. Im almost certain the 3/16 should fit.
