Gamo is no-go for drop out changers.

Bought a box of these at what I thought was a pretty good deal.
    And now I know why.

They are too chubby for my drop out changer.

Not all of them. But enough that I'm not using them for anything but testing.

I did have one get stuck in a bucket changer as well.

What brands are worth looking at?

I never considered different widths of cartridges, I figured they would be standard hmm

It looks like a 12 gram.
Not all of em get stuck. The finish is rougher than normal I think.

The caps look a little oddball too.

      There's some differences.
Left is the Gamo, Right is a crossman.
I don't know if it comes across in the pics.

      But the crossman is slimmer.

And the Gamo is actually not even a straight tube!
It's got a bit of a banana thing going if I roll it against a straight flat surface πŸ˜†

I usually use red rock or Leland. I purchase a case or 450. Last me a long time. If that quantity is too much, split with some buddies?
