CCM 86 contoured grips?

I am a little out of the loop and haven’t found much when I have been searching. Can you guys school me on the 86 grip frame grip panels? I need enough info to find some scalloped around the thumb area.

My T2 has just plain flat delrin panels. But there is a guy at my field who has scalloped panels around the thumb areas and a very small palm swell. He couldn’t tell me much about them. I would really like to get a set for my T2. They made the frame feel much slimmer than what I have.

I have seen some info that the 86 frame isn’t just a CCM thing but carries over from firearms. Does that mean other 86 frame panels would work that are not CCM?

CCM made Aluminum ones and Plastic ones.

Some of them don’t have the palm swell only the thumb relief. I have a raw set of aluminum without the palm swell I might trade for something cool.

So they had delrin and aluminum ones with this kind of setup? Interesting. I probably don’t have anything “cool”.

Yes originally they were Delrin. Then they added aluminum ones in various styles standard flat, finger groove, and finger groove with the palm swell. The aluminum were cool because you could get them anodized to match. The Delrin were more common. There last run of aluminum panels didn’t have the palm swell. The ones with the palm swell definitely feel the most comfortable to me. Let me look and see if I have some delrin ones.

ODM makes some cool custom ones but he doesn’t offer the shaped ones like CCM his are flat but can be customized.

Nope I only got the flat style ones I must have used them
on something.

The question is, do you have a few picks of the delrin ones anywhere so I have reference and ask around to see if anyone has any?

The Delrin look almost identical to the ones on my Phantom above.

Cz75 grip panels should fit. Hogue wraps are a common choice.

I believe the cz Sp01 grips are interchangable.
