On electros I typically degas between games as even with an on off button, they are too easy to discharge when you are fumbling around with barrel bags and such.

I’ve only done it on electros between games. Just wanted to get the consensus on snipers.

I don't think I've ever degassed a gun unless I'm done for the day. Maybe to remove the co2 tank back in the day for a refill... For pumps... well, you have to pump it, so you're good. Mechs: safety on, or in electros I just turn them off.

Snipers, no. Emek, yes. the ASA is the safety (since the trigger doesn't have one)

I always say 2 forms of safety and the barrel bag is always one of them.

For a sniper, clearing shot, safety button or degassing, all would work for the second.

But no I don't degas, I also run a 6 pak on my sniper though so I would have to burn a bunch of CO2 to degas.
