Are either of these pump arm correct for a gen. 2 Works cocker? My gen. 3 has the bottom style while both my mech. S5 have the the top. I guess I should first ask are they actually CCM arms?

Bottom style is the one that was made for Works cockers from first through 2nd gen.
Top style is CCM.
I have seen at least some of the 3rd Gen Works come with the CCM pump arm style. Not sure exactly where the split happened. If it was mid-run or whatever.Need Inception Designs or Shocktech Products? Let me know!
