I found 3 07 pmr's on craigslist for $80 a piece. I know literally nothing about dye guns but that seems pretty cheap for what they are or am I out of loop?

That will depend on how much work they need and what parts they have. An ultralite frame is certainly a plus.

None of them have ultralites, but the seller does have an extra solenoid. They have some aftermarket triggers, Asa's and feed necks

They do not sell for high $ but 80$ is a good price if they don’t need anything major like a solenoids.
