    DM7 Ironman... Billy Wing bolt?

I recently acquired what I believe is a DM 7 Ironman from a good friend who gave it to me as a Christmas present.
I'm not really up on Dye markers aside from the fact that it has a boatload of o-rings in it.
When I took the bolt out, I noticed that the bolt wasn't marked in any way.
I would have thought that it would have a Billy Wing bolt in it, since it is Ironman marked.
I also thought all Billy Wing bolts were marked and were red.
Anyone have any knowledge on these?

These IM guns were available for on the public and didn't come with the Billy Wing bolt. That was an "upgrade". Apparently the Billy Wing bolt is more efficient on air and better but I think performance is negligible from the factory bolt.

When did Billy Wing start making the bolts? Just curious.
I asked my friend and he said it was because they didn't start making them till later.
      I'm just curious.
I think I'm going to try and find an original barrel for it cause the CP .693 just isn't going to cut it anymore.

BW bolt started on DM7. There's not more to it than polished/reduced friction.

Google "razgriz performance kit" if you want to rabbithole a bit on friction & tuning for this bolt.

My own experience relative to the Razgriz work was ---- swap your two bolt 017s with 050 duro and you'll accomplish 80% of what a BW bolt does, it's absolutely worth buying a bag from mcmaster. The 015 and 014 help too but aren't worth the trouble, 015 wears fast and 014 is prone to blowout

The OG Dye Matrix FUSE bolt oring / leak chart ---- this generally applies from DM4 to M2
